The Main House
This exquisite masterpiece is like entering into a piece of history. Before walking into the main house, you are greeted by fine details that only a master builder with fine-tuned craftsmanship can accomplish. Outside you are invited in by a stunning covered porch where you can sip wine, relax, enjoy the serenity and vineyard views. The luscious front garden welcomes you into the home where you will find true unmatched history and stories to be told. Every inch of the home was carefully curated down to the nails in the floorboards, to the rich history pieces and artwork hung upon its walls. There is truly no piece of this house left untouched.

The Vineyard
The Waterwheel is located on 18 acres with a private vineyard. Our vineyard produces 4 types of grapes and has over 7,500 vines. Our wine is an estate exclusive product and only available for guests of our AirBNB or venue. We invite you to a romantic picnic in our vineyard at sunset for a taste of our delicious wine.
The Venue
Our expansive venue is currently under phase two of construction. With weddings already in the books, we are booking weddings and small events starting for May 2024. Phase two of construction consists of finishing off a large patio area overlooking the stream, a 30-foot-long outdoor bar, with a full bar back, kitchen, outdoor fireplace, outdoor pizza oven and BBQ pit. Phase two also includes finishing "The Park" where our ceremony site sits, with beautiful maple trees overhead, our stream and waterwheel to one side and the pond to the other. Phase three will include a large heated and cooled elegant & high-end barn with a winery, a garage with old cars, commercial kitchen and bathrooms. Please check back frequently for progress photos.
