Mike Spaccarelli, a highly skilled custom home builder with a niche for preserving history one reclaimed thing at a time, good food and good wine. In 2019, Mike decided to meticulously curate The Waterwheel. With years of painstaking work, The Waterwheel is now nothing short of a spectacular piece of art. The specially tailored history found throughout the home and property have created a rich and welcoming environment. Each area of The Waterwheels main house is filled with collectibles, antiques and family heirlooms. Every corner you turn is something new to be discovered and a new story to be told. There is not one area of this home that has not been touched or thought about.
